LB-852NC is a moderately acidic finishing compound specifically formulated to achieve optimum
color and bright surfaces. It is normally used with
steel media for burnishing or deburring ferrous
and non-ferrous metals in flow through vibratory
finishing operations. It can also be used with
other media in specific cut-down operations. LB-
852NC contains no harsh ingredients or
chelates. When used as directed, LB-852NC will
provide maximum life to steel media and thus
can save thousands of dollars in media replacement cost.

For most conditions use 1/2 to 1 ounce per
gallon of water. Water flow rate for most
situations should be 2 gallons per hour per cubic
foot of mass in the machine. For example a 20
cubic foot vibratory machine should require a
flow rate of 40 gallons per hour. This product
provides excellent corrosion protection for steel
media overnight or over the weekend. If
machine is not used for prolonged periods of
time, additional corrosion protection may be
required using a corrosion inhibitor such as our PR-100 or MP-222.
