L-310N is an alkaline cleaning system
specifically formulated for deburring and surface improvement of ferrous metals during mass
finishing operations. A highly refined alkaline
build coupled with potent wetting and suspension
agents produce excellent cleaning results not
only in mass finishing operations but spray
application parts washers. This product contains
added inhibitors to help prevent corrosion.

For mass finishing operations use 1/2 to 1 ounce
per gallon of water. Water flow rate in vibratory
finishing operations is normally recommended to
be set at 2 gallons per hour for every cubic foot
of mass. For Automated Spray Application Parts
Washers use 1 to 2 ounces per gallon of water.
Solution temperatures should be maintained
between 120° and 170° F.

This product does not pose any fire hazards.
Due to the alkaline nature of this product, good
industrial hygiene practices such as wearing
chemical safety goggles, rubber gloves,
impermeable apron and other appropriate
protective clothing should be employed. Wash
thoroughly after handling. Store product in tightly
closed containers between 50° and 85° F. When
stored as stated above, shelf life is a minimum of
2 years.
